Job Description
An excellent opportunity is available with a global financial institution in Birmingham City Centre for a Position Reporting Business Analyst. You will have a chance to progress in your career and receive training. The business also operates an agile working policy.
The institution is looking for a Business Analyst. You will join their Position Reporting Group within Central Compliance which is responsible for compliance with the Bank's global shareholding and takeover disclosure obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure familiarity with high level large shareholding, short position, and takeover disclosure requirements globally
Liaise with the Business to understand booking and trade flows and complex products traded and what the data attributes received from the feed providers mean from a position reporting point of view
Discuss prioritisation with data councils
The Business Analyst will ideally have a good understanding of the banking sector, strong financial instrument product knowledge and previous involvement in enhancing systems or building new systems to meet complex reporting requirements.
