Policies Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Policies Manager to join our client based in Slough.
The successful Policies Manager will be responsible for:
Leading, managing, and developing the policy and projects work programme of the PII
Overseeing and delivering a sector-based programme of policy and project work
Leading the identification, review, and preparation of consultations responses relevant to the company policy
Preparation of the annual Local Policy Priority Statements with the company policy priorities, including the Business Manifesto
Identifying, securing, and engaging with sponsors to enable the commercialisation of PII activities
The Policies Manager will have:
Self-motivated and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent leadership and management skills
Commercial aptitude
Capability of building and sustaining effective partner relationships
Effective presentation and report-writing skills
