Job Description
Data Analyst £35k Basic Salary – Hybrid working. Knutsford 
Looking for a Data Analyst to join a thriving Property company helping thousands buy or rent new homes across the UK. 
Reporting to the COO, this successful applicant will lead on data reporting and will have experience in a similar role. 

To ensure the accuracy of data held across all platforms
Manage the production and distribution of reports on both a structured and ad hoc basis.
To produce ad-hoc reports on specific performance as required;
Ensure that the company stays compliant with all relevant legislation including data protection, copyright and intellectual property;
Define and maintain data standards;
Manage the distribution of reports, information and user guides;
Devise and implement information management policies, procedures and user guides;
To challenge poor data quality;
To ensure that performance information is accurately recorded and error free prior to sharing The successful applicant will preferably have experience in working in a similar role, preferably within housing, property development, or property investment.
