Job Description
The Payroll Specialist works as part of the Payroll Team to ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of the monthly payroll for all entities (UK and other jurisdictions), ensuring we are compliant with country specific legislation.

This role is hybrid.

As a Payroll Specialist, you'll be:

Monthly Payrolls
Working on the monthly payroll timetable to ensure that monthly payroll-processing timelines are met, whilst allowing sufficient time for reviews.
Processing, collating and submitting data including;
Salaries
Overtime
Commission
Bonuses
Pensions
Share Options and Share Incentive Plan
Maternity/Paternity/Adoption pay
Sickness
Benefits
Work with various departments on accuracy and timing of data received.
As part of the team of Payroll Specialists, working to ensure all timelines are met.
Monthly reconciliations for payroll elements and payments to HMRC and other third parties.
Monthly Payroll Journal Preparation to Oracle Accounting System.
Conduct review procedures and prepare files for review by Senior Manager Payroll.
Payroll compliance, reporting and global mobility
Ensuring all International Payroll Providers have correct information for both Rackers and the company;
Tracking Global Mobility and ensuring necessary actions are taken in relevant payrolls
Supporting the preparation of and validating submissions for Company annual returns across UK and non-UK payrolls, liaising with external in country experts as required. Including but not limited to payroll, pension, taxes, stock and fringe benefits returns as required by jurisdiction.Person Specification

Workday/TMF experience an advantage
Desire to learn
Self-starter, motivated to provide the highest possible level of responsiveness and performance as part of a small team
Excel intermediate experience required as a minimum.
Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
The ability to work effectively with people in a high-growth, fast paced environment and drive results
