Role

You will report to a ‘hands on’ Director who give you full autonomy putting your own stamp on things. This is truly an amazing chance for someone who is looking for that next move in their career. You will manage a small payroll team operationally on a day to day basis as well as overseeing the smooth running of a busy weekly payroll ledger.

Onboarding new and existing clients plays a key part to this role, offering high levels of customer service working with a variety of clients across the UK.

You will manage a small payroll team, conducting 121’s, appraisals and ongoing development and training

Experience

You will have a genuine passion for payroll with a desire to provide a seamless payroll service. It is essential you have exposure of weekly payroll ledgers, ideally high volume.

Coming from a payroll bureau would be advantageous but not essential.

If you are keen, organised, with a strong work ethic then this could be the job for you!
