Job Description
Salary: up to £25,000 – Dependant on experience

We are currently working with our South Manchester-based client to support on recruiting an experienced Payroll Officer/ Payroll Administrator. This is a standalone role within a client payroll bureau. As Payroll Officer you will take full responsibility for the accurate and timely delivery of Clients' payroll. Dealing with client queries and advising on all areas of UK payroll legislation.

Responsibilities:

Full end to End payroll processing experience
Experience of working with a client payroll bureau
Practice experience desired
Comprehensive knowledge of all UK payroll legislation
Manipulation of data within Excel, V-Look ups and Pivot tables
Liaising with the business via email and telephone and responding efficiently and effectively to Payroll queries
Year-end processes including the preparation of P11D's and HMRC submissions

The person

Highly experienced Payroll professional.
Previous bureau/ practice experience.
Fully conversant with all UK payroll Legislation.
Experience with Brightpay would be an advantage.
Experience as either a payroll Officer or Payroll Adminintrator.
