Job Description
Debt Management Advisor

Based within the heart of Manchester, you will be working alongside one of the UK’s most well-established accountancy firms. As a debt management advisor, you will be customer focused and will be providing financial solutions to individuals.

Salary; £22,000 – OTE £40,000 per annum + bonus (based on experience).

Hours; Full time – Permanent.

What will a typical day look like as a Debt Management Advisor?

* Speaking with pre-qualified leads, understanding the clients’ individual circumstances and expenditures.

* Fact-finding on debt levels, investigating incomes and establishing affordability.

* Consultatively presenting debt solutions, as a debt management advisor, based on the customers’ suitability.

* Providing support along the customer journey until the customer is fully satisfied with their debt solution program.

* Gathering customer documentation required for pack.

What are we looking for as a Debt Management Advisor?

* A minimum 1 years Debt Management experience within an IVA/DM sales environment is desired.

* 1 years min. sales experience is essential.

* B2C outbound sales experience.

* Strong negotiating skills.

* Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner.

* Excellent attention to detail, organizational and planning skills.

* Computer literate with good keyboard skills.

* Self-motivated and ambitious.

* Flexible working attitude.

* Ethical and customer centric.
