Key Objectives:
Manage a portfolio of outsourced payrolls
Manage team workloads
Mentor team
Service improvements
Excellent Service delivery
Maintain working knowledge and understanding of current statutory legislation
Recruitment
Migrations and implementations
Desirable skills and attributes:
Have previously used Merit, Sage or other Payroll software
Thrives on being presented with a challenge
Ability to think outside the box
Team player
Experience in a fast paced environment
Excellent communicator as you will be answering queries
Payroll Management experience
CIPP
Salary and Benefits:
