Role: Payroll Manager

Management responsibility: Two Payroll Assistants

System requirements: iTrent (HR & Payroll software)

Industry: Luxury retail

Location: Central London

Package: £50 – £55K + 20% bonus + company discounts

Walter People are recruiting for an exciting Payroll Manager position for an evolving, growing fashion brand, head quartered in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of iTreat system, Payroll and is keen to drive innovation and change within the Payroll function.

Key responsibilities include:

Management of a 1000+ Payroll for UK and Ireland using iTrent
Taking a lead on Payroll Year End – P11D's & P60's
Adhering to HMRC requirements E.g. Gender Pay Gap, Apprenticeship Levy etc
Oversee 2 Payroll AssistantsThe ideal Payroll Manager:

You will have significant Payroll experience, and be up to date with Payroll legislative requirements
You will have a good working knowledge of iTrent
