Payroll Client Manager Job in Bolton, Greater Manchester
Job Description
29k-30k per annum, Free Parking, Motivated team, Modern offices.
Role & Responsibilities
· As the Payroll Client Manager, you will provide excellent end to end payroll delivery and fantastic service to all clients.
· To keep up to date with new payroll legislation and compliance, and ensure changes are introduced to client payrolls
· To be the point of contact for your clients and key accounts, supporting them with any payroll queries
· Have excellent client communication skills and to be able to build confidence and turn around payrolls with service issues within the team/client
· Demonstrate good technical knowledge in payroll
· Knowledge of auto enrolment is preferred though not essential
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
· Experience of managing or running multiple payrolls is essential – ideally from an Accountancy Practice, Payroll Bureau or other fast paced, high volume company with over 200 staff
· Knowledge of Sage or other payroll systems is essential
· Strong applied knowledge of Payroll legislation
· MS Excel experience is required
· Experience in dealing with client payroll queries with confidence
· Excellent communication skills
· 2+ years of payroll experience
