You will ideally have a minimum of 1 years’ experience (or maybe even 3-4!) however you will have worked as part of a busy residential property team and have knowledge of dealing with:
* Sales and Purchases
* Re-mortgaging
* Transfer of Equity
* Freehold & Leasehold matters
You will enjoy dealing with people; managing your own caseload; multi-tasking; organising and prioritising your workload working to set deadlines and high standards.
