Job Description
THE COMPANY
Our client, an established business based in Lichfield are currently recruiting for an Office & Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE
Your role is working for a small and friendly business, hence the role is varied. Duties are a mix of accounts and general administration. You will be working in a team of three staff dealing with all invoices, processing and matching invoices, reconciling statements and dealing with any supplier queries. You will be chasing any outstanding debt and raising sales invoices. Other duties will include booking in deliveries and matching PO numbers, keeping customers informed with delivery times and dates and general administrative duties. You will support the Operations Manager, including booking travel and meeting on his behalf.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideally you will have a good knowledge of accounts up to trial balance. Good customer service skills and the ability to work in a small team with little supervision. Knowledge of Sage and MS Excel will be an advantage.
COMPANY BENEFITS
The company offer good working conditions and onsite parking. A competitive salary of up to £25,000 per annum. Working hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm. 37.5 hours per week
