We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic Administrator to join our client who specialises in delivering Electricity Network connection services to their clients. In this role you will be required to provide a range of activities in administrative support to the busy New Business / Construction Department. Key responsibilities:
Creating Enquiry files
Quote Acceptance & Product Design – processing & acceptance
Setting up of Construction files paper and system
Keeping Monitoring logs updated – Enquires, Faults & Minor works
Attending Enquiries, Construction & Handover Meetings
Point of Connections- apply, chasing, processing & acceptance with the DNO’s
Represent the business in a professional manner, whilst liaising with customers and engineers
Skills and experience required:
Good IT skills & a full knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
Knowledge of SimPRO – desirable
Strong organisational & communication skills both verbal and written
A confident professional telephone manner
