Job Description
We are pleased to be working with a broker who provide personalised mortgage advice that’s easy to understand and with the aim of saving you money. Whether you’re buying your first home or looking to remortgage, their expert advice for mortgages guides clients through their homeownership journey. They are a Warrington based, Nationwide servicing business.

We want to work with a super talented and ambitious Lead Generators that want an exciting new challenge that provides an opportunity to increase income targets and offer career progression into an advisory role.

Key responsibilities:

· Building relationships with new & existing customers

· Qualifying warm leads for customers interested in finding a mortgage solution

· Working closely within a team to support homeowners with roles such as Mortgage Advisers, Paraplanners, Case Managers, Completion managers & Lead Generators

· Identify new opportunities and potential referrals

· Provide advice and knowledge on company processes and services

· Maintain industry and product knowledge

· Collaborate with other members within the business including our marketing team

· Office Based Role close to major motorway links and central train stations

Requirements:

· 1 years’ telesales experience minimum, in a consumer focussed role, with a proven track record of delivering quality work

· Excellent presentation sills with outstanding listening and problem-solving abilities

· Passion, creativity, energy and enthusiasm are a must!

· Be a proactive, self-starter with a go-getter attitude – capable of having the confidence to work with customers purchasing a wide array of properties across the UK

· Familiar with the property industry
