Job Title: Mortgage Arrears and Litigation Specialist

Location: Uxbridge/Hybrid – Home 2-3 days each week after training

Salary: Starting salary £30,000

Our client is a leading Loan Servicing Business and currently have several exciting new opportunities for Mortgage Arrears and Litigation specialists to join the business.

Our client services several specialist mortgage lenders loan books on a regular basis and due to the continued-on boarding of new loan book, have several new opportunities for Collections or litigation officers to join the business and develop their arrears and litigation experience within specialist lending.

Responsibilities and experience required for the role of Mortgage Arrears and Litigation Specialist

Regularly communicate with customers who are experiencing payment difficulties
Discussing and negotiating arrears work out options e.g., arrangements, capitalisation, loan work outs, shortfall sales etc
Monitor agreed workout strategies to ensure they are complied with and taking further action in accordance with the special servicing manual
Create and submit referrals to line managers for all requests outside of own mandateExperience required for the position of Mortgage Arrears and Litigation Specialist

Experience gained in collections, litigation, arrears gained in the financial services sector
Great problem-solving skills
