Job Description
Integro are seeking a Trainee and Qualified Mortgage Advisor who are looking to build a long-term career within a well-established award-winning brokerage.
  
You will be well rewarded with a starting salary of up to £30,000 depending on level of experience Including uncapped commission with an OTE – £50k minimum up to £70k + 

All leads are provided, and full admin support provided.

2 x early per week – 8:45 – 5:30pm
2 x lates per week – 10:45- 7:30pm
Friday’s – 8:45 – 4pm
1 in 4 Saturday’s 8:45 – 1pm

Role Responsibilities as Mortgage Consultant

Responding to customer enquiries and identifying customer needs (no self-generation)
Working off a database of pre-qualified leads, generated from enquiries and a lead generation team
Handling new enquiries and providing advice on a range of products and services to meet your clients’ needs
Advising customers on the best options regarding their mortgage
Acting in accordance with current regularly procedures  
Ideal Candidate:

I am keen to speak to anyone who has Sales, Banking, Financial, Mortgage related or Life Insurance experience to work within the Mortgage or Protection sector of the business. 

Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
Previous Mortgage Advisor experience
Motivated working towards KPIs & targets
Organised and ability to manage own workload
Proactive and capability to use your initiative
Driven to work well within a team and towards targets
Ability to build rapport and have an enthusiastic sales approach  
Location:
 
The offices are based near Fareham, just off the M27 or are a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station and is commutable from Portsmouth, Southampton, Fareham, Havant, Cosham, and other surrounding areas. It is also located close to local amenities, a post office, and shops.

I also have many other financial roles across the whole financial sector so will be good to have a chat.
