Mortgage Advisors – Arabic speaking
London
£45,000 to £55,000 per annum plus excellent bonus and benefits
Our client is a well-established, successful niche bank who are keen to appoint experienced Mortgage Advisors to their London based team.
The successful candidates will have successfully completed the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) course.
Responsibilities will include;
* Meeting customers (virtually)
* Explaining the different types of mortgage options available to the customer
* Assess which type of mortgage is most suitable for each customer
* Make sure your customers can afford what they're borrowing
* Help customers complete the on-line mortgage application
* Offer some general advice on the UK home-buying process
* Meet service and quality targets
* Build strong relationships with Mortgage Operations who deal with the property purchase journey (i.e. valuers, solicitors, etc)
* Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
* Follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice
* Understand the FCA regulatory requirements and ensure you meet these
* Fully cooperate with any enquiry or investigation from the financial ombudsman should things go wrong, and a customer uses their right to protection.
