Membership Advisor

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Membership Advisor to join our client based in Cookham.

The successful Membership Advisor will be responsible for:

Ensuring that workload is effectively prioritised to ensure a maintained level of service
Ensuring a customer-centric approach to all activities
Engaging with quality processes to support continuous improvement mindset
Supporting customers throughout journey touchpoints, providing solutions with appropriate and accurate advice
Proactively promote all products and services
Taking ownership of customer journeys and experiences, making recommendations for improvements

The Membership Advisor will have:

* Excellent customer service skills across all communication channels
* Ability to effectively communicate across the department and business for collaboration
* High level of attention to detail
* Strong understanding of membership, benefits, and customer journeys
* Ability to receive and build upon feedback, both positive and constructive
* Experience with Microsoft Office products
