Job Description
SF Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a hugely successful manufacturing organisation based in the Wolverhampton area. This business is part of a large group of companies with a turnover of over £500m. The role will be responsible for the forecasting, budgeting and analysis of financial performance for the business as well as the production of timely management accounts. You will also play a key role in supporting with managing the company investment portfolio as well as leading on process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a management accounting role within a manufacturing business and will ideally be a qualified accountant. This role will suit someone driven and ambitious and someone who wants genuine opportunities for career progression.

Role:

– Production of timely and accurate management accounts
– Gather and analyse financial information for use in internal reviews on company performance
– Assist in managing the companies investment portfolio
– Drive process improvements
– Play a key role in the budgeting and forecasting
– Business partner with internal stakeholders, making recommendations

Requirements:

– Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing organisation
– ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified
– Solid knowledge of cost accounting
– Good Excel skills
– Strong communicator and able to build internal relationships
