Job Description
Due to continued growth for the specialist manufacturing business who supply to their well-established customers, there is now an exciting opportunity for a Management Account with a partnering approach to join the team.

Within the role of Management Accountant, typical responsibilities will be to: –

Work with operational teams to interpret financial data for non-finance managers.
Produce and provide manufacturing financial reports and analysis.
Own and manage manufacturing budgets.
Liaise with department managers to understand and control expenditure.
Support the growth of the business, working to ensure effective finance decisions are made for capex investments, projects and improvement programmes.
Analyse scrap and monitor scrap reduction programmes.
Oversee the stock taking process.
Fixed asset maintenance and control.Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will: –

Have gained their accountancy experience in a manufacturing environment.
Be CIMA or ACCA qualified or be at final stages of study.
Be self-motivated and a team player.
Enjoy engaging with production and operations teams.On offer: –
