Job Description
Our client is a dynamic, fast-paced SME currently recruiting for a Management Accountant. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a commercially focussed role taking responsibility for management accounting, corporate responsibilities and analysis. The Management Accountant will increase engagement and partnering of finance across the business and directly influence commercial decision making.

This is a varied, hands-on role, which will suit a strong communicator, commercially savvy with excellent analytical skills and the ability to present data to non-finance partners.

What will the role involve?

The Management Accountant will partner the commercial teams, delivering analysis to help improve revenue and margins;
Build relationships with stakeholders, improving knowledge and financial awareness;
Implement positive change and introduce new areas if reporting where gaps exist;
Support Operational and Commercial teams with ad-hoc project work and analysis;
Identify and implement process improvements.
Suitable Candidate:

Fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with strong commercial experience and excellent analytical skills.
Advanced knowledge of Excel using complex formulas and data analysis sets.
Strong communication skills and business partnering experience.
