Job Description
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT | CENTRAL MANCHESTER/HYBRID | £45 – 55,000 DOE | TECHNOLOGY

My client is looking for a Management Accountant to assist Senior Leadership Team in making critical business decisions by analysing and presenting key financial data.

You will oversee accounting procedures and prepare forecasts, budgets and risk analysis for your selected region.

Day to Day;

Leading the month end for the region
Gathering and analysing financial information for SLT
Supporting budgeting and funding
Assume responsibility of accounting procedures for the region
Evaluate the company's performance using key data – presenting back to SLT
Make forecasts to assist business planning and decision making
Assisting the company in managing its investment portfolio
Line management
Successful Candidate;

Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) – with 1 – 2 years PQE 
Experience leading/contributing significantly to a month end close process for a company/business unit
Advanced Excel knowledge
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Knowledge of accounting, financial analysis and data analysis
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Experience in managing junior colleague(s)
