Job Description
An opportunity has arisen to join one of the largest employers in Wales as a Management Accountant to support their finance and business teams. This is an opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant with good business acumen and analytical skills to support the decision-making process.

The Role:

Full-time, hybrid working from home and Cardiff

Salary: up to £41,500

Duties:

To prepare and post monthly accounting journals

Complete cost and some balance sheet reconciliations

Prepare month end management accounts and reports

Financial planning and setting budgets

Cost analysis and management

Support regulatory reporting and budgeting

The Candidate:

ACCA or CIMA qualified

Knowledge of SAP and or a similar ERP

Experience of reconciling cost and balance sheet accounts, producing and reviewing reports with budget holders

Analytical and with the ability to guide team managers outside of the finance function
