Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group is working with an established Basingstoke client, to recruit a Management Accountant / Finance Analyst. You will support all aspects of financial control, including management accounting and financial reporting, ensuring governance, control and accountability for the numbers. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain further accounting experience, within a supportive and growing division.

What will the role involve?

Prepare month end reports, with analysis and insightful commentary on the results (financial, KPI, balance sheet and cash flow)
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare financial due diligence reporting
Supporting the forecast, budget, and five year plan submissions
Suitable Candidate:

Ideally part qualified Accountant
Management Accounting experience
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Confident with ERP systems and MS Excel
Commercially minded, self-motivated and enthusiastic
Great interpersonal skills and able to challenge when required
Additional benefits and information:

Hybrid working, maximum of 2 days a week in the office
