Job Description
Our client are looking for a Co-Brand Manager to join their team. Be the first point of contact to provide guidance and support in relation to queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Present to client and internal stakeholders on the Co-Brand process, timings and expectations. This may require you to create and/or customize materials for your client(s), provide status updates and advocate for your client with various internal functions, such as
• AML, Monitoring and responding to queries in Co-Brand Mailbox
• Creating the Co-Brand Case in Microsoft Dynamics (MSD)
• Reviewing and approving applications within agreed OLAs and SLAs.
• Communicate with the Issuers and internal contacts as needed on Co-Brand applications
• Represent the Co-Brand team at the cluster and market level as appropriate, sharing updates, reports and information as
needed.
• Obtain feedback and contribute to continued process improvement in improving the Customer experience of Onboarding with
the client
• Be accountable for prioritizing conflicting and competing demand across the business to ensure resources are deployed
to maximum effect, considering OLAs and other expectations in place.
• Engage with colleagues across this client, ensuring teams such as Implementation, risk, market, legal are appropriately involved
and informed about relevant issues
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and transformation impacting both process and tools.
• Document and update process documentation as needed
• Provide consultancy to stakeholders and clients on Co-Brand requests and promote best practices.

• Minimum 5+ years of work experience (payments desirable not compulsory)
• 2yrs+ client facing experience and client focused approach.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, able to create and adapt client facing materials
• Attention to detail is very important
• Proven ability to set and deliver upon priorities within busy, shifting environment
• Growth mindset and results oriented and able
to drive delivery of solutions
• Be commercially focused and pragmatic
• Focus on continuous improvement and ability to
identify opportunities
• Quick learner, comfortable working with ambiguity
• Comfortable working in global environment impacted by different legal, cultural and business priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across peers, functions, geographies
• Ability to manage high volume of work with constant detail orientation; able to meet deadlines with quality work
• Ability to keep managers informed and involved on ongoing basis
• Working expertise in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in working cross-culturally and in remote situations
• Effective professional level English verbal and written communication skills
