My client are a global Management Consultancy who are looking for a number of Claim Analysts to support a financial client with a large backlog.

Role Title

Claims Processing Analyst

Job Description

Review and validate claims that have been submitted through a pre-formatted customer facing web portal
Validate and check a claim against a pre-defined set of criteria
Evaluate accuracy of claims based on a simple ruleset
Capture and update data on a system
Strong written English communication and ability to interpret high volumes of written data
Ability to escalate and raise issues when rulesets cannot be applied
Excellent attention to detail, whilst working in a high transactional environment
Ability to work independently in a work at home or office environmentLength of Role

Experience

Experience of Financial Services and or working within a regulated industry an advantage
Fluent spoken and written English
