Job Description
My client, a leading financial services organisation, currently seek a talented Junior Team Leader to join an established Administration / Customer Service area. Duties will include:
* Oversight of a team that look after a range of corporate client investments
* Managing both team and individual performance
* Identifying areas for improvement such as processes, procedures and training
* Hold regular team meetings, 1-2-1's and Personal Development Planning
* Ensure that the team is adequately resourced in order to meet department objectives
* Undertake coaching and development
* Involvement with special projects / client events
Applicants do not have to come from the financial services industry but must have some prior people management experience and aspire to develop their Team Leading skills. This could suit someone from a retail or hospitality background who may want to use their management skills in a professional services environment or in a more regular Monday to Friday role. You must possess excellent communication skills as well as being confident with applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
