Invoice Administrator

Sora Recruitment & HR are delighted to be partnering with a major privately-owned property maintenance company, that is offering a fantastic opportunity for an Invoice Administrator to join their growing team in Bristol. Successful applicants will be positive, professional individuals who have exceptional attention to detail, prioritisation and ability to manage a demanding workload.

Key Responsibilities of an Invoice Administrator:

* Ensure invoices are processed and raised within the client SLA's and make sure internal processes are adhered to.

* Ensure attention to detail when processing invoices, updating all back-office systems to avoid accounting errors.

* Work in close partnership with the helpdesk team, providing regular communication to ensure work order details are updated to ensure invoices are raised correctly.

* Effectively manage queries from internal and external clients, Account Managers and Senior Managers promptly.

* Compile and collate all components to ensure invoice submission, where on occasion information is missing update internal systems and annotate with accurate updates and rationale as to why invoice is incomplete.

* Ensure balancing and reconciliation of invoices maintaining accurate records of any anomalies.

* Share knowledge and contribute to process improvements, helping to create an open learning environment.

* Proactive approach to all tasks with a positive attitude.

* Maintain client confidentiality and display a working knowledge of data protection requirements.

* Maintain diary management and ensure that all tasks are completed within the correct timeframes.

Package and Benefits of an Invoice Administrator:

* Salary: £22,000 to £23,000 per annum.

* Holiday entitlement: 20 days plus bank holidays, with increases of 1 day per year of service up to 23 days.

* Contract: Permanent, Full-time.

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
