Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, this role is to provide advice and support the business in administration of employee compensation and benefits, as well as payroll processing through a 3rd party. Duties include:

Accurately process payroll by maintaining accurate payroll processing system
Check and resolve corrections before payroll cut-off dates
On-board new joiners and process and off-board leavers, handle salary/pension changes and processing of sickness/absence, maternity/paternity leave.
Be the first point of contact for all payroll related issues – Manage all payroll related queries proactively resolving them or escalating when necessary
Identify and investigate discrepancies in payroll reports in a timely manner
Assisting with data manipulation, audit and reporting
Help maintain required payroll records and reporting and assist with end-of-year preparation and associated data submitted to the HMRC
Off-board leavers, and process relevant data for leavers in relation to benefit and pension plans.
Assist with the annual renewal process for benefit plans (e.g. private medical, income protection scheme, life insurance schemes.
