Job Description
Robert Walters – Interim Financial Controller – 9 months contract – Warwickshire (hybrid working)

Our client, a leading utility service provider with significant market presence, are looking for an Interim Financial Controller to assist the Financial Director and their key stakeholders in analysing and reporting on key business drivers.

Location: Warwickshire (hybrid working)

Contract length: 9 months

Contract hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £(Apply online only) a day (Inside IR35)

Key responsibilities of the Interim Financial Controller

Preparing actuals for the business and legal entity Financial and Management Reporting ensuring accuracy, integrity, and completeness
Co-ordinating the delivery of a high-quality draft forecasts for the operating business
Drafting of insight and commentary to senior business leaders
Taking ownership of business processes and controls ensuring the overall financial controls framework for the business is operating effectively and efficiently, designing, and enacting changes as deemed necessary
Ensuring accuracy, integrity and completeness of actuals and relevant interim and year end disclosuresKey essentials of the Interim Financial Controller

Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
Having an advanced ability at reporting financial information
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and internal control frameworks
