Job Description
Insurance Sales Adviser –£22,000 basic – OTE £34,000 (uncapped)
Role:
As an office-based Insurance Sales Advisor you will be a key player in providing an excellent sales and service experiences to existing and potential customers through making outbound calls. You will ensure conversion of insurance new business and retention of renewals to achieve individual and team targets.
Duties:
* Handling a range of outbound insurance calls, providing excellent sales and service experience and ensuring set targets are achieved and exceeded through monthly KPIs.
* Identifying and recommending opportunities to increase sales.
* Adapting to a variety of product brands using knowledge learnt and learning tools provided.
* Keeping up to date with new insurance products and changes to existing products.
* Gaining an understanding of all brands and the FCA requirements through training and development.
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Sales experience in a regulated background.
* Experience in finding the answers through your own research and initiative.
* Experience working with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.
* Ideally experience in the insurance market dealing with the selling of insurance policies and working with policy wordings and CII qualification in insurance
