Job Description
We are excited to be working with this growing insurance business and recruiting an insurance advisor.
The ideal candidate will come from an insurance background looking for progression or within a sales/customer service environment and looking to build a career.
The role will involve:
* Liaising with customers over the phone, web chat and face to face
* Building and nurturing relationships
* Discussing and negotiating insurance policies
* Resolving queries and complaints, or escalating through the correct channels when required
* Ensuring customer records are maintained accurately and following all company and industry standards
