Job Description
Working as part of the Infrastructure & Operations team, the EUC Engineer will develop, support and maintain the EUC environments. You will be supporting the Head of Infrastructure & Operations in the deployment of new EUC technologies and services across the business.

Key Responsibilites:
Maintain the safe and effective operation of the Infrastructure services and estate.
Selection, adoption and integration of new EUC elements, assessing current EUC solutions for security and suitability and researching potential upgrades.
Assessing existing EUC elements to ensure they meet business requirements
Monitoring the security of existing EUC solutions
Predicting and overseeing EUC requirements based on business needs
Technical direction of new EUC solutions and services.
Delivery of EUC components required as necessary as part of IT Projects and Business Programmes.
Working alongside the rest of the Infrastructure & Operations team as necessary on cross-functional processes across the team – e.g. Demand Management, Technical Advice and Support, Infrastructure Support, Project tasks.
Working with 3rd party infrastructure suppliers & partners as necessary in the delivery and maintenance of Infrastructure services & solutions. Profile
Key Skills and Experience:
Experience of working within a structured in-house IT environment with matrix management
Experience of working as part of an ITIL-oriented internal IT team, delivering IT infrastructure service and projects.
Experience with cloud deployment of Windows 10/11
Experience troubleshooting and deploying Windows Autopilot
Experience working with AzureAD
Experience managing and maintaining cloud managed devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager, utilising capabilities such as Powershell automation, Proactive Remediations, Windows Update for Business.
Strong Windows Powershell experience and capabilities
Experience with application deployment technologies, including app packaging, scripting, and server-based application delivery.
Experience deploying and maintaining Microsoft Defender for Endpoint technologies
Experience of Windows client security technologies.
Experience with Office 365 admin capabilities.
Experience with Citrix CVAD would be advantageous
Job Offer
Salary £50,000 – £60,000
