The role will take on management / leadership responsibility for some of operational teams within the business. This includes the after sales team, a team similar to underwriting, a compliance function, a customer service team and an administrative team.

This crucial role will work closely with the MD, the Sales Director and other functional leaders to ensure that the business meets is operational requirements and delivers for its customers and its people.

To apply to this role you should be a versatile leader who has experience across managing a variety of teams These could be service, sales and / or compliance / processing teams. A variety of functional team leadership experience will be important. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent and you should have invested in your CPD and development as a leader. Experience of the financial services, insurance or similar, regulated environments which handles financial transactions is expected and highly desirable. The successful candidate will be an exceptional manager of people, a confident and polished communicator who is able to work closely with C suite and board level executives. The successful candidate will be highly IT literate and a skilled project manager. Perhaps most importantly, the successful candidate will be passionate about protecting, maintaining and further developing a brilliant working culture which values and develops its people.
