Job Description
OATS Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client – an exciting Fintech startup for an experienced Head of Customer Relations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a team through the scaling period of the business life cycle and have worked in the financial sector.
The role will cover the leadership of our client's customer service team, which already services customers across four continents and with growth planned to enter additional markets in the coming year.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Helping to build a world-class customer service team.
* Managing the customer service team.
* Training and coaching team members.
* Planning and completing one to one interviews.
* Delegating tasks to team members.
* Directly communicating with other departments to deliver the best products and services to our customers.
* Keeping up-to-date with anti-money laundering and payment fraud trends.
