Job Description
Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Head of Accounts for our client based in Southend-on-Sea. This role can be offered as hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 at home).
Do you have experience of managing staff and overseeing the accounts functions of a business? If so, our client wants to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of approx. 35 staff (disciplines include accounts payable, receivable, service charge accounting, client accounting and reporting)
* Maintaining Service Charge Accounts
* Preparing end of year
* Forecasting
* Process and pay approx 80,000 invoices a year
* Administrate approx 1350 Service Charge Properties
Personal Requirements:
* Understanding of property management accounts desirable
* Awareness of RICS regulations
* Strong analytical skills
* Awareness of general accounting procedures
Hours: Monday to Friday, (Apply online only)
Salary: up to £60,000 plus other benefits including paid permit parking
