Job Description
Are you an experienced Finance Professional seeking a fresh new challenge? Do you hold accounting / finance qualifications or a related degree?

Our superb client based in South Lincolnshire is seeking a Group Financial Controller to join them on a full time permanent basis in a hybrid working model.

As Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:-

* Financial planning, strategy and developing financial procedures

* Month-end reports preparation

* P&L, cash, budget and balance sheet updates

* Preparation of draft annual accounts

* Overseeing group payroll & audit & tax functions

* Ensuring worldwide financial compliance

* Supplier contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring company contracts remain valid

* Preparation of forecasts and budgets for the group

* Managing cashflow and working capital

* Internal liaison for pricing structures, budgets and expenditure

* And much, more

To be considered for the role of Group Financial Controller, you will have:-

* A relevant accounting qualification or degree

* At least 5 years working in a senior level finance role

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Exceptional attention to detail

* Strong knowledge of UK Taxation law as well as familiarity in German & US tax law

* Strong PC skills in MS Excel, MS Teams, Quick Books and Sage

* Must live within an acceptable radius of the offices as you will be required to travel to the offices each week.
