Group Financial Accountant
Lanarkshire
Salary up to £40K (DOE)
Lusona has an excellent opportunity for a ambitious, career-minded individual to join our client in Lanarkshire for a ‘Group Financial Accountant’. The client is a leader within their market sector, and they have several operations throughout the UK. You will assist with the month-end process and support systems and reporting. The main duties will include:
* Consolidation of the group reporting and corresponding analysis
* Liaising with senior stakeholders across the business to gain necessary financial information
* Cash flow forecasting, treasury matters, and challenging forecasts submitted by individual business units
* Preparation of the Finance section of the monthly Board pack
* Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
* Enhancing reports in Power BI
* Reconciling intercompany balances across the group and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
* Assisting in driving best practice within the business
We would like to hear from candidates who are ideally Qualified Accountants (ACCA/CIMA/ICAS), or an exam finalist from Accountancy Practice or Industry. This role is an ideal opportunity for an individual to grow and develop, whilst gaining key exposure to dealing with senior stakeholders across the business.
