Job Description
Pure are currently recruiting for a Group Accountant on behalf of a international organisation with their Headquarters based in North Cambridge. 

This role will report into the Group Financial Controller and will form part of a team of 4 based in the UK, you will primarily be focusing on the accounting and reporting for revenue and projects. The main elements of the role are as follows –

– Manage the production and presentation of monthly financial and management accounts
– Take ownership of IFRS 15 for various contracts and revenue recognition
– Take ownership of the groups project cost accounting and be responsible for timely and accurate processing
– Monthly reconciliations for two UK entities
– Processing of the group monthly VAT return
– Assist in the monthly cash management 
– Assist in producing compliant statutory accounts for the Group
– Act as one of the main contacts for the Group Audit. 

You must be a qualified Accountant and have had previous exposure to IFRS ideally in an international organisation, you must be comfortable taking ownership of projects from a revenue and costs perspective.
