About the team
Operate Change Cluster is made up of three key areas – Supply Chain and Operations, Change Managed Capacity and Change Managed Services. We provide hands-on delivery capability, backed-up by tried and tested technology, methodologies and infrastructure to assist clients with their projects and programmes using a model that is cost effective and scalable.
Role description and responsibilities
The Graduate Associate role will vary depending on your individual experience and skill set, and also by the nature of the individual projects you will work, but it may include:
Research, review and collation of a range of documents, reports and information.
Carry out compliance checks on client documentation and systems.
Monitor a range of financial transactions and evidence findings.
Regulatory remediation and quality compliance testing.
Data input of key information into spreadsheets and proprietary systems.
Contract and document review to identify key facts, anomalies, etc.
Complaint handling and customer management.
Providing governance and standardisation support for programmes across PwC core lines of service and for our global clients.
Support delivery of regulatory change programmes.
Essential skills and experience
We are looking for candidates from any degree discipline, to strengthen our existing team of Associates. We therefore welcome candidates who are;
Graduates with a minimum of 2:2 degree (in any subject) and keen to build a career in Professional Services.
Able to apply a logical and analytical approach to work.
Able to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Self-starters and motivated to succeed.
Excellent communicators both verbal and written.
Able to demonstrate an aptitude for learning new systems and IT applications.
We have a number of key Public Sector clients who require us to have Security Check (SC) clearance to be able to work with them so you need to be willing to apply for this and should be aware that normally, such clearance requires you to have been resident in the UK for at least 5 years.
Where will you be based?
The role will be based in Cardiff; however as a result of the wide variety of clients and projects, you may be asked to work in other locations within the UK and beyond for short, medium and long term periods of time. Your desire and ability to do this will be discussed as part of the recruitment process. Candidates who are unable or do not wish to work on projects in other locations will still be considered.
