As a Fund Administrator, your responsibilities will be varied and will include some of the below tasks
Assist with due diligence on investors, including AML checks.
Process and issue statements and notices to investors
Maintain aged records and change requests.
Process distribution income payments, tax vouchers and reconcile holdings and unclaimed distribution
Reconcile dealing activity, produce relevant dealing confirmations and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely details are provided to the Depositary.
Process payments and monitor receipt of funds from investors.
Reconcile bank and system records.
Facilitate chasing of outstanding settlements, as per procedures, ensuring relevant and up-to-date records are maintained throughout.
Support and contribute to team projects, including on boarding new funds and fund changes.The team you would be joining are well established and very knowledable meaning support and guidance will always be available, to support you on your new journey.
