French Speaking Payroll Specialist Job in Watford

Job Description
IN2 Consult, Payroll Specialist, French Speaking, £50,000-£60,000 per annum, Watford, 2 days in office per month Rest fully remote.

IN2 Consult are currently working with a key client on a payroll specialist position. The client are looking for someone who speaks fluent French and is will be looking after the Swiss region. This is an excellent opportunity that offers a lot of flexibility.

Day to Day;

Preparing global payroll data for payroll processing

Executing day-to-day data entry

Verify timekeeping records and consult managers/employees about any discrepancies

Run remote and calculate off-cycle pay checks

Performing audits and validations of payroll transactions

Payroll issues are escalated and resolved with root cause analysis and corrective action for all levels of employees and management, with a focus on ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience in partnership with HR.

Ensure timely preparation, processing, maintenance and appropriate distribution of payroll information, payroll reports, all tax year end reports, payroll manuals and related payroll working instructions.

Identify and drive continuous performance improvement projects to improve payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity and / or employee satisfaction
