What you’ll be doing: main responsibilities include:
Developing, maintaining and reviewing the finance and income IT systems and procedures to maximise efficiency and effectiveness and become a ‘super user’ of these systems.
Ensuring changes are reflected where necessary within the relevant IT systems and associated procedures.
Ensure the technical management of the daily, monthly and annual processes relating to the finance and income systems.
Maintain and review security and access levels of all users of the finance and income IT systems in line with best practice.
Deliver training to the finance team regarding the changes to the finance system.
Support the maintenance of other systems across the wider department and provide cover for the Revenues Systems team.
You must have:
Have a suitable qualification or relevant experience.
Be able to undertake problem-solving duties on technical activities and
Undertake technical advisory duties involving discretion in resolving problems or enquiries.
