Brook Street recruitment is working with our client in Newtownards who currently have a Financial Services Administrator position in their busy office,
The Financial Services Administrator will be required to work in a small team and will play a vital role in the running of this busy office
The Role:
Answering telephone enquiries from client's and investment companies
General administration duties and working in partnerships with Financial Advisors.
Sorting and scanning mail
Contacting clients to arrange appointments
Preparing client portfolio packs
Liaising with the firm's Financial Advisers
Preparing, sending and tracking new business applications
Maintaining our client database
Accurate and diligent record keeping
Criteria:
Applicants for this role MUST have a minimum of 2 years of working in the Financial Services industry and have a working knowledge of pensions and investments etc
The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic and self- driven

Educated to A level standard or equivalent
Demonstrable steady work history
Salary will be circa 23k per annum
