Job Description
THE COMPANY: Brewster Partners are delighted to be working with a forward thinking company to recruit a Financial Controller to lead on the daily financials and project accounting lead a small established team.

THE JOB: This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Accountant with project experience to join a market leading business.

You will reduce the working capital cycle by improving credit terms, reducing receipt terms, and optimising stock efficiency as well as producing timely forecasts and cash management to enabling the company to plan future cash resources efficiently, within bank constraints.

This role will also provide communication and board level information to be used to make key business decisions along with accurate budgeting of cash, performance, and balance sheet to illustrate the strategic plan of the directors.

You will also ensuring company meets all statutory regulations including audit, VAT and corporation tax obligations.

You will manage the day to day running of the finance department and manage all aspects of financial control and ensure internal and external compliance.

You will create, review and maintain financial analysis, records and reports and provide accurate financial information and reports to management and board on a timely basis.

This role will also carry out process and system improvement projects, delivering accuracy and efficiency.

THE PERSON: To be successful you will need to need to be an ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent qualified Accountant with extensive complex and project accounting experience.

You will have exceptional Excel and Database manipulation skills and the ability to converse at all levels, providing key financial data to non-financial personnel.

This role will need someone that has working capital and cashflow experience and the ability to provide key information to budget holders, Directors, the board and external sources as required.

You will be involved in aspects of the business and can get to grips with complex pricing and projects.
