£40,000 – £50,000 Depending on experience + Bonus + Benefits

This role has a great blend of accounting, financial analysis and business partnering and as such we are seeking a proactive, energetic and natural relationship builder who can bring numbers to life to aid operational stakeholders make sense of the number and take well thought out commercial and operational decisions.

You will actively business partner operational teams providing thorough analysis and insight to enable improvement in the profitability. This would suit a candidate who is Part or Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA.

Other duties will include:
– Reviewing weekly KPI reports and identify any issues with trading
– Reviewing weekly labour reports for review with the Head of Finance to control labour costs and all other retail associated costs
– Leading the forecasting and annual budgeting process for all key areas of responsibility
– Providing monthly input to board reports on financial performance
– Act as a key finance business partner for adhoc analysis projects
– Attending operational meetings and presenting results, variance and KPI's
– Providing close monitoring of margins, identifying issues and investigating
– Working with the margin control team to ensure good financial control is maintained
– Leading various reporting and analysis projects

Requirements:
– Qualified or Part Qualified (Study support provided)
– Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
– Exceptional business partnering skills
– Able to demonstrate exceptional analysis skills and numerical understanding
