Our highly accomplished Record to Report team is critical in providing strategic, financial and operational feedback on the performance of our business.  We’re looking to recruit a Financial Accountant to join our talented R2R team, based in Warwick on a hybrid-working basis.

About the Role:

You’ll deliver an end-to-end view of the revenue process – assist with month end, compiling financial performance reports and provide insightful commentary to explain any data variances.  With your analytical skills you’ll evaluate and present your findings, plus support the building of robust budgets and forecasts.  This is an awesome opportunity to develop and solidify your accounting knowledge and experience, and from here, your career can develop into either a more senior financial accounting role managing a team, or move up into a more commercially focussed FP&A or Finance Business Partnering position.  We always promote from within!

About You:

We’re searching for a Qualified (or near Qualified) Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent – a team player who wants to add value.  You’ll have good financial and reporting standards knowledge (IFRS or SOx), and previous experience working for a large organisation, plus strong excel skills. If you’ve also used SAP that would be marvellous!  We would also be very interested in meeting applicants straight from Practice.

Up to £50,000 pa – dependent on capability and experience. 

As part of our hybrid and flexible working approach this position offers a mix of office working (in our Warwick office) and home working. We can also offer some flexibility in terms of hours/ times so you can manage commitments outside of work too.
