Financial Accountant
Warrington
£25-32k + hybrid working

Axon Moore are delighted to be working with a well established business based in Warrington in their search for a Financial Accountant. Reporting to the impressing Finance Manager, you will have responsibility for areas of the balance sheet ensuring accuracy and integrity is maintained. This is a key role which will provide the successful applicant with a wide breadth of experience. Working in a fast paced but friendly environment, this role would suit a confident candidate who is Part Qualified (CIMA/ACCA) or alternatively, AAT qualified and looking to move onto their CIMA/ACCA studies.

Responsibilities include:

•            Supporting month and year end activities
•            Intercompany reconciliations
•            Analysing budgets
•            Posting Journals
•            Daily completion of bank reconciliations

The candidate:

•            Experienced in a similar financial role
•            Preferably part qualified with AAT/Degree level considered (study support offered)
•            Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
•            Excellent working knowledge of excel (pivot tables/vlookups)
•            Able to develop and build relationships with stakeholders across the business
•            Good team player and self-motivated with a high degree of drive and enthusiasm
