Finance Officer – Income

A well accredited, Not for Profit Charity are looking to hire a Finance Officer to help lead the staff within the team to excel to their full potential. Located in Morley, they offer flexible hybrid working. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for the next step up in their career.

This is an opportunity to lead a team of 3 experienced colleagues with a positive approach and report to the Finance Manager.

The Role:

Sales Ledger reconciliation
Identifying billing errors
Clear, concise reporting of true account balance(s)
Management of all Sales Ledger activity
Matching of bank receipts
Achieve compliance to satisfy requirements
Reporting and analysis of unallocated cash and part allocated transactions
Financial reporting including regular statistical reports and arrears
Dealing with any discrepancies
Liaison with external bodies with regards to funding arrangements The successful candidate will have:

Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in a similar role
Keen eye for detail
IT Literate
Positive attitude towards work
Resilient and flexible
Strong customer service skills This is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of £28,000 per annum.
