Your new role

We are looking to recruit a progressive and hands-on Finance Manager, an exciting position reporting directly into the Financial Director where you will support process improvement, daily/monthly accounting processes, and take ownership of managing a small finance team.

This is a varied permanent finance role that will be tailored around the right candidate dependable on skill set and is open to part-qualified, and qualified by experience accountants, who really want to add value to a growing business.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or at Finalist level and actively studying towards completion of your qualification

• Comprehensive understanding of day-to-day financial processes and procedures

• Experience of producing monthly management accounts and completion of VAT returns

• Strong Excel skills (VLookUps, XLookUps, Pivot Tables, etc.) with the ability to analyse and manipulate data

• Capable of working in a fast-paced SME environment (manufacturing/export/distribution background highly desired)

• Able to work to strict deadlines

• High attention to detail
